Jo Ann is a native of North Carolina, currently living in Blowing Rock. For many years she lived in jacksonville, Florida where she studied at the Art Institute of Jacksonville, and also took classes with noted watercolorists in the area.
After a 30 year hiatus from painting, three years ago she joined the Wednesday Morning Painters in Abingdon, virginia where she currently concentrates on water color painting and pen and ink.
